Utilization Bar Template
Overview and Key Concepts
This template creates a bar chart. Each specified object is represented by a bar.
The length of the bar is determined by the current utilization of each object.
Utilization can only be calculated for non-content holding objects and is defined
as the total cumulative throughput relative to the maximum possible throughput so far.
For example, if the output of a source is at the maximum flow rate for the first 400
time units and at half of the maximum flow for the next 600 time units, the utilization
after 1000 time units is
((400 time units × 100%) + (600 time units × 50%)) / (1000 time units) = 70%.
